Attorney Richard Hahn was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1980. He graduated from Marquette University on 1984 (cum laude). He then received his Juris Doctor Degree from Marquette University Law School in 1987. He joined Holden & Hahn, S.C. that same year. In 2002, Attorney Hahn took over the firm.
Attorney Hahn focuses his practice in criminal defense and civil litigation. His reputation is built on success in many high-profile cases over the past 25 years of his career. Attorney Hahn is a member of the Sheboygan County Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, and Wisconsin Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in all Wisconsin trial and appellate courts, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, and the United States Supreme Court.
Attorney Hahn served as both Treasurer and President of the Sheboygan County Bar Association for many years. He has volunteered and coached high school students in Wisconsin Mock Trial for the past 20 years. He also coaches boys and girls basketball through the local YMCA and Plymouth Area Basketball Association, "PABA".
Attorney Hahn's personal interests include fishing, gardening, playing basketball, bicycling and hiking.
